Payment Policy

Here at The Only Phone Network, we accept all major Credit Cards, with the exception of only a few. With the Upper Management and Ownership located primarily in the United States, we accept only the USD. We also accept prepayment with Checks and Money Orders, Government Purchase Orders Only, Wire Transfers, and PayPal. We do not currently accept COD payments at this time. PO’s (Purchase Orders) are gladly accepted, but limited to Schools, Fortune 1000 companies, and government agencies that are authorized and verified to do so. We, at The Only Phone Network, do not issue Net-Terms to resellers.

If you choose to go with PayPal as your preferred method of payment, then please understand that the process necessary for a PayPal Payment Method to be completed may sometimes vary in time, and may likely be delayed for up to 24 hours. When completing a payment using PayPal, you must choose “PayPal” as your payment method on the order page. When the order is completed and confirmed, you’ll receive a message that is sent automatically with instructions on how to pay with your PayPal account. You will use your order number as the “subject” or reference so that we may easily identify this as your Payment, and once the funds have been transferred via PayPal, your product(s) will soon, thereafter, be shipped.

In a situation where a Purchase Order (PO) is required, such as for Fortune 1000 corporate accounts, schools, or government agencies, the proceeding procedures must be completed. Firstly, you must Mail -OR- Fax The Only Phone Network a letter written on your own letterhead. This letter must formally request that we accept your PO. Secondly, you are required to print or download an application form, have it signed and filled out with your credit information and trade references, and then mailed back for approval. We will have the information that you filled out checked for accuracy. Please understand that the account application approval process can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to complete. Lastly, once all is verified and authorized, you then may order online and follow up the order by faxing a formal purchase order to our office.
